
If your email suddenly stops working, don’t panic. Most issues are quick to resolve.
Start with these simple checks.
Open a web browser and try visiting a few websites.
If nothing loads, restart your modem or router and wait a few minutes.
Close Outlook fully and reopen it.
You’d be surprised how often this fixes the issue.
In Outlook:
Click the Send/Receive tab
Make sure “Work Offline” is not highlighted
If it is, click it once to turn it off.
If your mailbox is full, emails won’t send or arrive.
Delete anything you no longer need and empty your Deleted Items folder.
If a large attachment is stuck there, it can block everything else.
Delete it or try sending it again.
